The Unalome Lotus is the connection between strength to overcome obstacles and the transformation of one person in life.

I believe in the beauty of redefining our strength as women.
Through my knowledge and experience I want to offer you all the tools to have a sacred birth, whatever that might mean to you.
My goal is to assist you, and your partner, emotionally, spiritually and physically before, during and after birth. Always working in addition to your doctor or midwife, empowering You to make the best choices for you and your baby. As we work together we will be using different techniques to work through any shadows and fears that might show up before or after birth. To me knowledge is key, so I will provide you non-biased, evidence based information and comfort measures during pregnancy and during labor and birth. Some tools to be use will be yoga, meditation and energy work, to empower yourself In this journey.
I want to help you understand the sacred meaning of giving birth and becoming a mom.
